Delivery and Returns Policy

 

Delivery Overview

• Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

• Orders dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment received.

• Standard delivery times within Metropolitan area’s estimated (1-3 business days).

• Standard delivery times for Regional area’s estimated  (3-7 business days).

• If an item is unavailable we will contact you to advise lead time and/or offer an alternative product.

• Truckline do not offer a delivery service to PO Box addresses. 

 

Returns

Truckline will accept the return of goods based on the following conditions:

• Customer to advise proof of purchase information to Truckline and reason for return. 

• Purchased goods should be in original packaging and condition as sold and deemed in sellable condition.

• Freight costs at the expense of the customer unless incorrectly supplied by Truckline.

• All return claims must be advised to Truckline within 30 days of receipt of goods.

• All approved returns will be refunded by means of original payment arrangements.

• Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturers standard warranty policy.
