Terms and Cover
Subject to the conditions stated herein, Truckline warrants to purchasers thereof that the parts, components arid assemblies sold by all Branches (individually and collectively referred to hereafter as the "Product") will, when properly assembled and installed on vehicles approved for such purpose, be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for the applicable warranty period as described below.

1. All Product stocked and sold by Truckline are warranted by their respective manufacturers and or suppliers warranties and are only warranted to the extent of the manufacturers and or suppliers warranty.

2. Truckline warrants that remanufactured transmissions and differentials, purchased for use in an on-¬highway application are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to six months (6 months) from date of purchase.
3. Product purchased for off-highway applications are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three months (3 months) from date of purchase.

Truckline, at its sole discretion, and subject to inspection by Truckline, will repair, replace or refund any failed Product during this period. Truckline's liability, under this warranty, shall in any event not exceed original Product purchase price.

The repaired or replaced Product shall be warranted hereunder for the unexpired portion of the original warranty period.

 

Purchaser’s Responsibilities
It is the purchaser's responsibility to complete and return the official Truckline warranty registration form that will be attached to all new assembly, rebuild and reman Product purchased from Truckline.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure prompt rectification of arty problem, subject to the clauses contained in this warranty document. Damage which occurs due to continued operation after defect is evident, will not be covered.

Any one instance, and or any combination, of, incorrect operation, incorrect adjustment, incorrect servicing or lack of, improper installation and or maintenance, lack of proper lubrication, accidents, abuse and or improper application/use and or progressive damage caused by another source, including shock load failure, will result in voiding warranty.

To make a claim under this warranty, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to immediately contact Truckline, providing proof of purchase.
Warranty repairs must be carried out by Truckline's branch network. Specific conditions may be negotiated between the Purchaser and Truckline.

 

Limitations
Warranty only applies to the original purchaser.

The repaired or replaced Product shall be warranted hereunder for the unexpired portion of the original warranty period.
Truckline's warranty for service parts covers reimbursement for parts only.

Where Product has been fitted in a Truckline Branch the warranty covers reimbursement of parts and labour for the repaired Product only if such work is carried out with prior approval from Truckline.

 

Product must be supplied for inspection, if required, within two weeks of the request. Product must be properly marked as Warranty Returns.
Truckline will not pay, down time, freight, travel, towing, loss of profits or income, or any other expense other than the actual repair.
Should any part of this warranty contravene any applicable law, the law would over-ride that part, with the remaining Warranty Agreement left intact as stated.
